Yo dudes,

So, I’m on a course in Newcastle (or on a horse in castle as Jamie, my 3 year old son, is describing it).

It’s fitness stuff.

Won’t bore you with the details.

Do quite a lot of these things to help learn new stuff and to make RISE even more awesome.

And to hang out with other trains, share ideas, etc.

Most of the guys on these courses are of a similar mind-set to me.

But some are still stuck in the way of thinking that your average in fitness person is (Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Class Instructor, Bootcamp runner, etc).

That their clients are lazy and it’s their own fault when they don’t get results.

One of them in the bar last night was explaining how he gets new people to do a 30 minute circuit when they first start to show them “how unfit they are”.

He also explained that a lot drop out because “they’re lazy”.

Having been fat myself and worked with hundreds (probably thousands) of people wanting to lose weight, I know this isn’t the case.

Most people who are struggling to lose weight are trying.

They’ll be trying to follow a diet of some sort.

They’ve probably tried loads.

And they’ve tried doing lots of different exercise options – gyms, classes, walking, running, etc.

And it’s not worked for them.

And it’s really frustrating.

I tried to lose weight loads of times and never kept it off.

And from my experience it hasn’t worked for them (and 95% of the population) for just one reason.

There’s never any concentration on helping people changing the mindsets and thought processes that lie behind the reasons they struggle with the ‘normal menu of options’.

At RISE we’re big on helping people change the way they perceive the things they need to do to:

· Lose weight

· Tone up

· Sleep better

· Feel more confident naked

· Have a better sex life

· Be around longer for the kids

· Stop feeling “just generally a bit shit”

· And so on

I know if you’re struggling, that it’s not lack of effort, its misapplication of effort.

Re-training the brain is like moving the pivot on a see saw – you can move much more with much less effort.

If you’re wanting to find out more about how we do this, the briefing meetings for our next ’28 Day Body Transformation’ are this Monday and Tuesday.

I’ll be going through this week’s applications when today’s part of the course ends at 5pm.

If you’ve applied in the last few days, I’ll get back to you tonight (it might be tomorrow by the time you get the email as I’ll have to leave the response videos uploading).

If you haven’t – you’ve got a few more hours before those last places are given out.

It’s application only, so we get the right people for us coming in – busy men and women who’ve tried everything else and are finally serious about becoming what they always wanted to be.

The meeting is just a find out more – no exercise, no commitment, just come down, see the facility, meet us and see what it’s all about.

You (or a friend) can apply at www.28daybodytransformation.co.uk/apply (if you’ve filled it in the past, hit unsubscribe on the bottom of this email and fill it in again for it to work).

Much love,
