Where we’re you this time last year (give or take)?

Holiday maybe?
Doing something to entertain the kids during the summer break?
Birthday do, BBQ, party, some other memorable thing?
Was that really a whole year ago?
Doesn’t seem that long does it?
Years seem to go by faster and faster, don’t they?
######################
There was a great quote in our Facebook group the other day from one of our ninjas, Suzanne.
“The mindset that got fat over 10 years is the same mindset that wants it fixed in 10 weeks with shakes, pills and secret exercises”
Tis true.
Real, lasting change takes time.
We’re known for the insane transformations that many of our ninjas get.
By the way, you can find out more about these at the free orientation next Tuesday.
But they still take time.
And people can be put off by this.
It may take a year or two to get where you want to be.
But don’t let that put you off.
Remember how quickly this last year has gone?
The next one will go a little quicker.
You’ll get there, short of dying.
And you can either be ‘there’ (or well on the way).
Or still where you are now.
Or further backwards.
Imagine if you’d started last year (or a year earlier, if you’re already on your journey).
It’s the getting started that’s key.
That’s why we have that meeting – no salesy stuff, no pressure.
Just see if the FREE ’20lbs in 8 weeks challenge’ is right for you.
Help you make an informed decision rather than off a web page or piece of paper.
Much love,
