Who has a ‘To do list’?

All of us in some form, I should imagine.

Whether it’s in our head, in a diary, notes on our phone or some other system (cough ** project management software ** cough ** me ** cough ** geek ** cough).

‘To do lists’ can be great.

And definitely have their place.

But, I’m guessing you don’t need any help with a ‘To do list’.

Cutting it down, maybe?

After all, it’s probably never ending.

But you’re good on the concept, I’m sure.

I’ve got something else you might benefit from though.

A “Not to do list”.

Stuff you make a concrete decision that you won’t be doing.

Stuff you sometimes find yourself doing……….

And regret to some degree.

Maybe “Saying yes to everything without thinking it through”.

Drinking past a certain point / time.

Having certain foods in the house.

People pleasing.

Missing planned workouts.

Letting others put upon you.

Eating past a certain time.

Eating when bored.

Eating in front of the TV.

Staying late at work.

You’re probably ok with the “to do list”.

Maybe ‘too ok’.

Could you benefit more from that “not to do list”?

Much love,

Jon ‘Or not to do, that isn’t the question’ Hall

P.S. If getting involved with what we do has been on your ‘to do list’ for a while, why wait any longer? Arrange a chat via www.myrise.co.uk/apply or just start changing your life at www.myrise.co.uk/join.
