You may or may not know that we have a money back guarantee.

Always have.

The first version of what went on to become RISE was called Guaranteed Fitness.

We’ve promoted the guarantee more and less at various times, but it’s always been there.

People sometimes ask if we guarantee a specific result.

Such as losing the 10 to 20lbs.

We do now you mention it.

If the processes is followed to the T, that will definitely happen.

But what we guarantee is better than that.

It’s satisfaction.

It’s do the 8 weeks…….

And don’t think it’s awesome, you’re glad you did it and it’s one of the best decisions you ever made……..

You can have your money back.

The key there is “do the 8 weeks”.

Sign up and do nothing with it, that’s on you.

Go all head in the sand when we’re trying to help you, that’s your bad.

Give it a good go and aren’t glad you did.

You’re covered.

We don’t do money back on people dropping out part way through the programme.

That’s the antithesis of everything we stand for.

A system that rewards you if, and encourages you to, stop coming as soon as possible is the exact opposite of what we’re all about.

Imagine telling people “You might be a bit sore after your first Session. And a bit unsure how this all works still. I tell you what – don’t come back and we’ll send your money back”.

What we do say, essentially, is “Let’s get past any sticking points. Stay engaged. Do the 8 weeks. And, if you’re not mega glad you did then, you’re covered.”

It doesn’t need to be any particular amount of something each week – no minimum number of Sessions, etc.

Just more than nothing – not disengaging, putting our fingers in our ears and saying “nah nah nah – I can’t hear you”!

And that’s something that runs through everything we do.

Setting people up to give it a good go.

And on to success over time.

The systems we put in place massively affect the likelihood of us achieving our goals.

Tell ourselves “I’m going to eat better this week” and, chances are, that plan will go the same way as it has, on average, in the past.

Set ourselves up for success by putting some thought into what and how much we’re going to eat, when, where and the logistics behind it……….

Making it all as easy as possible………

Rather than hoping it’ll just, kinda happen………

Makes it way more likely.

Planning, booking in and scheduling our Sessions at the start of the week………..

Whilst accepting that plan may be ‘subject to change’……….

Sets us up for more likely success than “trying to fit them in at some point” does.

Systems are something we like to think we don’t have.

But we always do.

It’s our way of doing things.

Without a consciously thought out approach, our system is our default behaviour.

Which is fine.

Until it isn’t.

Set things up in a way that maximises the chance of you getting what you want…………..

Not the opposite.

Much love,

Jon ‘Mobridge Municipal Airport’ Hall

P.S. Tomorrow is the last day of the year. Last day before the annual price change. You want to get involved in a system that gives you the best chance of success of anything around? And will genuinely give you your money back if you’re not glad you did it (as long as you don’t go and hide in your room and pretend it’s not happening)? And you can even defer your start date if you’re not quite ready just yet? Then it’s kinda now or never. Don’t click this link now and I can’t see it happening next week when it’ll cost more (and there might not be places left) –> www.myrise.co.uk/apply
