We often have this expectation that the things we need to do to get the results that we desire are big, ongoing changes.
And sure, some of those things may be that.
But not all of them.
There’s probably a number of “one and done” things that we could do today that would have a disproportionate benefit.
They might not get us all the way, sure.
But they definitely help for not much effort.
Here’s a few;
– Get some blackout blinds in your bedroom
– Buy (and then use) some smaller plates
– Stick your workouts in your calendar app on a repeat function for the rest of eternity at the time they’re most likely to happen (and then change them for another time when they can’t happen then)
– Buy a bottle that stays on our desk that we fill with water in the morning

In and of themselves, these things will only produce so much results.
But that return on investment is exponentially higher than a lot of other things.
