It’s a regular conversation that I have with people where I talk about the value of planning.
Planning when to do our workouts.
Some degree of planning around what we’re going to eat and when as opposed to just waiting to hungry o’clock.
Maybe some planning in areas of our personal or work life that aren’t as we would like it to be.
Because all planning is setting an intention.
Putting things in place to create a desired results.
And, if our day and time isn’t intentional………
Then, by default it’s random.
Random days.
Random results.
