If you’re a frustrated yo-yo dieter and gym disliker who would like to lose 20lbs in 8 weeks while developing lasting healthy habits without having to do boring exercise you hate and give up food you love (with a money back guarantee), then you can apply for a place on the programme at www.myrise.co.uk/apply

Real simple question this time.

When’s the best time to start looking after yourself better?

You know – a bit more exercise, some better food and drink choices, maybe a bit more sleep and / or a bit more stuff to help stress levels.

There’s two options ultimately.

A – Ten years ago

B – Today

Option A is, of course, interchangeable with any other time in the past you might have wished, in retrospect, you’d made some different choices.

But, whatever version of ‘A’ it is, if that wasn’t picked, then let’s just go Option B?

Let’s not even entertain some sort of ‘future based’ Option C that we’ll just regret?

———- “Leaving it till the New Year” will just be that thing we regret. Avoid that via www.myrise.co.uk/apply ———-

Much love,
