Real simple question this time.
When’s the best time to start looking after yourself better?
You know – a bit more exercise, some better food and drink choices, maybe a bit more sleep and / or a bit more stuff to help stress levels.
There’s two options ultimately.
A – Ten years ago
B – Today
Option A is, of course, interchangeable with any other time in the past you might have wished, in retrospect, you’d made some different choices.
