So, it’s 2015.

The year that Marty McFly time travels forward to in Back To The Future II.

So, the obvious question is, where are the hoverboards?

And the self drying and fitting clothes?

The flying cars?

The hydratable pizza (actually, leave that one)?

We’ve got till October 21st anyway!

#############################

The future and the past are both time periods that we all spend too much time in.

Despite the fact that neither exist.

We often spend time thinking about, lamenting and just generally ‘living in’ the past.

Or thinking about things yet to be.

But, all that truly exists is the moment we are in.

And how well we use that moment is key to our success and happiness.

You will never get this second back.

Once today is over, you can’t re-do it.

It’s gone forever.

Any wasted opportunity within it can never be caught up.

So, what can you bring forward from the future?

What are you always leaving till tomorrow that never quite gets done?

That you can do today?

Is it starting / re-starting that exercise regime?

Getting that healthy food shop in?

Throwing out the crap that’s lurking in the cupboards at home?

Having that ‘awkward chat’ with that friend / family member / colleague that’s making at that bit harder for you?

Is it something completely unrelated to health / weight loss / fitness?

Whatever it is, do it today.

Bring it back from the future.

Do it today!

Do it now!

Much love,

Jon ‘Roads? Where we’re going we don’t need roads’ Hall and Matt ‘Make like a tree, and get outta here’ Nicholson

P.S. Anyone else ever notice that mall changes from ‘Twin Pine Mall’ to ‘Lone Pine Mall’ after Marty knocks the tree over in 1955?
