Which of these requires more energy;

1. Exercising regularly and eating well

2. Not exercising and eating badly?

Go on, what are you thinking?

It’s not a trick question

Well, it kind of is.

I assume most people went for option one?

Seems obvious.

I’ll have you consider though, that it’s not entirely true though.

It’s worth considering that having low mood, enthusiasm and general motivation for life…………..

Is truly draining.

Being unhappy with our body and life in general really takes it out of us.

There’s nothing that requires more energy than having what we consider to be a sh!t life.

The difficulty of course lies in the fact that option one is an acute use of energy.

Option two is a chronic drain of energy.

It’s so much easier to pick option two as it’s easier right now.

That doesn’t mean it’s easier overall.

Always worth remembering.

And, if you’d like some proven and guaranteed (with an actual money back guarantee) help in making Option 1 happen for the greater energy it brings and all it’s other benefits, then here’s where you’ll make that happen –> www.myrise.co.uk/apply)
