Take three people.

Note: Do not take three people, that is kidnapping!

The first is an owner of multiple businesses.

The second a stay at home mum or dad who’s responsible for sorting the house and children.

The third is single, works a 9 to 5 and has no commitments outside of that.

Which one has more time?

Go on, it’s not a trick – which one do you think?

Apologies – it was a trick actually.

They all have exactly the same amount of time.

168 hours a week.

10,080 minutes.

Every single one of us has the same amount of time.

And, despite what you may read, we can’t make or create anymore.

All we can do is choose how we assign it.

What we do in it.

And how much of it is used for different things.

And realising that is powerful.

Even though it might not feel like it sometimes, we choose how we assign our time.

There might be external pressures and considerations that shape those decisions………

But they are our decisions, nonetheless.

Telling ourselves otherwise puts us in a position of powerlessness.

We all have the same amount of time.

We can all choose how we assign it.

There is no right or wrong

If your assignment of time does not include as much exercise as some other people, that’s cool.

Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

If you genuinely would like to be doing more exercise, an honest examination of how you assign your time now and how you could tweak said assignment is powerful (and getting proven help with all of that and more through our 4 Week Transformation, with two extra weeks for free over Christmas, will be even more powerful still –> www.myrise.co.uk/apply) .

And if you’re telling yourself that you don’t have time to make some better food choices………..

It’s always worth remembering that we can make better food choices that don’t require any additional time at all.

Much love,

Jon ‘Than a woman’ Hall

P.S. Yesterday’s middle name (Maxwell’s Silver Hammer) was the next track after ‘Something’ on the Beetles album Abbey Road.
