Yesterday marked the completion of the 8 week challenge that started in January.

Best success rate yet.

Over 80% successfully losing the 20lbs.

As always, those that followed the programme properly dropped the 20lbs and got it for free.

As always, those that ‘kind of’ did it didn’t.

Never was this more evident then in the cases of Justin, Dion and REDACTED (don’t like to name people if it’s not a positive thing).

All three are guys in their 30s who didn’t have much more than the 20lbs to lose to start with.

All asked us personally if we thought they were right for the challenge.

We said it may be a little harder for them to lose the 20lbs than it was for someone with 60lbs to lose.

But it was definitely doable.

Half way through the 8 weeks all three were a touch off the pace.

And their reactions were very different.

Dion and Justin asked us repeatedly what they needed to be doing and what adjustments they could make.

When faced with specific challenges (social occasions, work related challenges, etc) they asked for the best ways to deal with them.

They posted what they were eating in our ‘accelerator group’.

They hit the sessions with a renewed vigour.

In short, they knuckled down.

They did the work that needed to be done.

REDACTED reacted in a different way.

He seemed annoyed that he hasn’t lost the weight, even though he hadn’t done the work.

He didn’t listen to the advice we gave.

His attendance is sessions became less and less frequent.

He didn’t even turn up to the final assessments on Monday.

Justin and Dion did though.

And they both lost more than the 20lbs in the end.

We’re always completely honest and open with people when they enquire with us.

Our programme is awesome – it gets great results.

And we’ll do everything we can to help, support and advise people doing them.

But, ultimately, they are the ones who need to ‘do it’.

You get the idea

Not getting the results you want?

Then you need to follow the programme more tightly.

Not sure what you need to be doing?

Just ask.

Much love,
