I read the other day that only 7% of pharmacists buy branded pain medicine (aspirin, etc).

38% of the general population chose Annadin and her fancier packaged chums.

So, the people who know the product better then anyone else are less than one fifth as likely to spend the extra on the branded product.

Because they know it’s no different at a chemical and compositional level.

Because of this I always go for the non branded stuff.

We’d always recommend “Following the experts”.

In any area of your life.

Particularly your health, fitness and weight loss efforts.

We regularly get people ask us about stuff that conflicts what we recommend.

Something that “their mate” told them.

Or someone who did a two day course to teach a class.

Or a one day seminar in multi level marketing supplements sales.

Our a journalist who’s googled summit.

Not saying we know everything.

But I think it’s fair to say we’ve got a pretty good track record with helping people transform their lives and bodies.

And our own.

There are plenty of other people out there who know as much as we do though.

And some tonnes more.

So, we’d recommend, when choosing who to listen to, to go for someone like us or them.

You can discount what your mate and the two day course crew tell you though.

It holds about as much value as a room full of monkeys typing you some advice (although, even they would get it right, given enough time).

Hope that helps with all the conflicting advice we all get bombarded with.

Much love,
