You may have noticed that there are three particular type of members’ success photos that we publish on social media.

There’s the ones that celebrate a particular result – an amount of weight loss or some other change or progression.

The RISE Reward ones where members receive a RISE gift in recognition of another eight weeks of doing what they said they would and achieving their weekly RISE Plan.

And the ones that recognise members passing a particular number of Sessions.

5, 20, 50, 100 and then every 50 onwards.

Out of all of those numbers, there’s one that we particularly celebrate.

20.

I did some number crunching a few years ago, you see.

Whilst it’s not many, there are some people who never make it in for their first session.

A few that don’t come back after one, two, three and so on.

If we make it to 20 we’ve got a pretty good chance of making it to 50 at which we have a pretty good chance of making it to 100 and so on.

The first 20 are the most important to get through.

And that’s understandable.

That’s the biggest adjustment.

By the time we get to 20 we’ve created some degree of habit (I’ll cover how long it takes to create a habit in tomorrow’s blog).

We’ve got past initial confusion and soreness.

We’ve got our head round how it all works and we’re still feeling the sessions but not excessively.

We’re starting to see some results.

It’s part of the reason that we don’t do a free day or week like some places do.

That can almost be the optimum amount to put someone off.

That’s the point where we’re still a bit sore and confused and maybe feel a bit overwhelmed.

And it’s most tempting to think “I can’t do this”.

At 20 Sessions we’re well past that point.

If you’re a member, whatever number of Sessions you’re on just keep going.

Future you will thank you for it.

If you’re not a member then future you will definitely thank you for clicking this link and giving our risk-free trial a go – www.myrise.co.uk/apply
