For a lot of people today will be one of the worst days of the year.
And do you know what most people will do about it?
Absolutely nothing.
Sure, some will get back on to their exercise regime.
But only in the teens of percents of the population to regular exercise at the best of time.
Most will complain about how the feel……….
And do exactly nothing………..
Most people feel shit all year round.
Hate their bodies.
