If there’s one mindset that we’ve mentioned……….

Over and over and over and over again over the years…………

That we would benefit from removing from our head…………

It’s that of ‘writing it off’.

Sure, in theory, setting a realistic process goal and giving yourself some accountability should ensure we ‘do what we said we would’.

But, from time to time it won’t happen.

Let’s not get into the reasons.

It hasn’t happened.

We’ve not hit our weekly target of movement / exercise or food.

Your Personal Training Choices

We have two personal training choices now.

A) Do it next week / time. Catching up if we can. Or, worst case scenario, getting there a week (or whatever) later.

B) Or ‘write it off’ and stop completely.

Personal Training Choices

Only to restart at some point in the future (check out our briefing meeting where we’ll tell you how we work to help you achieve your goals, if you’re fed up of that constant restarting and want support to get that lasting result).

If we can remove Option B from the ‘menu’ then, yet again, we’re waaaaayyyyyy more likely to get there 🙂

Much love,

Jon ‘Ctrl Alt Del’ Hall and Matt ‘B+’ Nicholson
