Self care.
Something I’m sure we all agree is important.
But, like most things, easier said than done.
Other commitments and life gets in the way.
We get that.
It can’t always be the priority that we might, ideally like it to be.
But (as the blog title suggests)…………..
We can’t you choose IF it becomes a priority or not.
Just when and how severely.
We can choose for it to be a somewhat steady and continuous priority……….
With variations as circumstances dictate as to the extent we feel we can manage.
Or it can become a more severe priority.
When something goes wrong with our body or health.
When we no longer have a choice if we start to look after ourselves more.
And, let’s face it, probably at a time when we could really do without that being the case.
Where the other commitments in our life will be drastically affected.
Rather than just moderately.
It’s always worth remembering that you can’t you choose if self care becomes a priority or not.
Just when and how severely.
