Have you ever felt that you’ve “fallen off the wagon”?

I’ve covered many times before that there is no wagon.

It’s a mental construct that we use to justify our choices.

But there’s another consideration.

We didn’t fall off the wagon.

We jumped off it.

We didn’t hit a completely unexpected bump in the road.

It was merely the natural variances in the terrain.

It was situations and decisions that we’d faced before.

We just chose to ‘jump off’.

And that’s fine.

Our choice.

But remembering that it is and not framing it as us being a victim of our circumstances is a powerful step in helping us make more of the choices that serve us better.

Much love,
