I mentioned in yesterday’s blog that we don’t really want the “best way” to do most things.
And by “best” we really mean “fastest”.
We think we do.
But we don’t.
The best way to lose weight?
Don’t eat for a month.
Or, maybe, run a marathon or three every day (or both).
The best way to gain muscle?
Train really hard for a couple of hours a day and inject anabolic steroids and human growth hormone.
They are the approaches that would make the fastest progress.
The “best” if weight loss / muscle growth is the only thing that’s being considered.
In reality, there’s lots of other considerations.
Which are different for everyone.
What we really want……….
Is relatively quick progress we can be enthused by………..
Whilst still doing things we’re ok with doing.
Living a life we’re happy living.
A balance of changes to our Nutrition, Exercise and Lifestyle that we can have Adherence to.
cough ** our LEAN System ** cough.
Slow progress is boring and dispiriting, we get that.
The best way isn’t going to happen and is just going to put us off.
Reasonable progress from manageable changes isn’t sexy.
But that’s what we’ve used to get countless life changing transformations with our members over the last decade.
And it’s the answer for most (check www.myrise.co.uk/apply if you think it could be your answer – with a money back guarantee).
Much love,
