If you’re reading this then you’ve probably noticed we send emails out every day.

A couple of reasons.

Firstly to help you guys.

We find a drip feed approach like this works best in helping people change their habits.

Everyone kind of knows what they need to do.

So one great big list of more information won’t really help.

Slowly chipping away at their self limiting beliefs, though processes and so on like this generally works pretty well.

And different blogs seem to hit home with different people.

Also though it’s quite a good ‘screening process’ for us.

Unlike many in our industry, we’re not just after anyone with a wallet and a pulse.

We want to work with people who are on our wave length.

We’ve spent too many years allowing others to affect what we do.

But we have the confidence and experience now to do what we think is right.

And if people don’t like us, that’s cool – we’d rather they realise that from reading these emails than wasting either of our time any further.

Many won’t like how we do things – but those who do absolutely love it.

Like marmite!

Also, if people aren’t willing to spend one to two minutes a day reading something that can help them get the thing they’ve been struggling to achieve, then they definitely won’t like our programmes and what we do at the club.

And would, again, waste both our times if they tried it out.

We got a reply from someone on our mailing list the other day.

Said “You email waaaayyyy too much. Congratulations – you’ve just lost me as a potential member”.

To which we replied “You’re not willing to spend 1 to 2 minutes a day on something that could get you what you’re after. Congratulations – you’ve just lost us as your potential answer ;)”.

If you like these emails then there’s plenty more on the way (infact we are working on something pretty cool at the moment that we’ll be sending out to you).

If you don’t, that’s cool.

You won’t like us or the way we do things at RISE.

There’s an unsubscribe link at the bottom of this email.

No hard feelings 🙂

Much love,

Jon ‘Q&A’ Hall and Matt ‘T&A’ Nicholson

P.S. We’re proper excited about the new thing we mentioned above. If you’re lucky we might include a link to a teaser for it in tomorrow’s email 🙂
