Have you ever said that?

Or some variation of it?

Either out loud or in your own head?

“I’m fine once I set my mind to it”

Meaning, of course, that you generally do what you intend to when you’ve got your “head in the right place” about something.

Which we get.

It’s a common expression and sentiment.

But……….

As with most / all common expressions and sentiments, it’s worth questioning.

Is it the way to approach something that sets you up for success?

Long term?

Is it the way of seeing things that people who consistently do those things have?

Or, is it something they just choose to do?

More often than not?

Whether they feel like it or not?

Do we need to “set our minds to it”?

Or do we just need to make that decision to “do it”?

——– Like we could just click this link to take the next step –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting ——-

Most of the time?

Is the way we see and think about things………..

How easy we find them to do…………

And how consistent we are with them………..

Going to change by just, essentially, “thinking about it” more?

Or will just doing it, irrespective of how we currently feel about it, be what gets us to those changes?

Much love,
