I’ve got it.

Solved the gun problem, I have.

You can have as many guns as you like.

One each would still be ok.

Kids could have them.

If we just got rid of the the triggers.

With no triggers, no one gets shot.

#########

I am joking, of course.

But it would work.

Without a trigger, everything that follows that doesn’t happen.

And it’s the same with many of the things that happen in ours lives that take us away from where we want to be.

They start with a trigger.

Something that ‘sets off’ certain behaviours and actions.

And removing, reducing or hiding those triggers will mean less of what happens at the end.

Find it hard to eat well when stressed and tired?

Doing things to reduce both, will help.

Find yourself munching on food “just because it’s there”?

Stop it being there and the trigger’s gone.

End up eating foods at work and regretting?

Make some changes so you don’t see them as much and you’re less likely to have them.

It sounds obvious.

But it’s easily forgotten.

Rather than trying to use willpower to stop the ‘gun going off’ when the trigger has been pulled……..

Get rid of the trigger as much as possible 🙂

Much love,

Jon ‘And that’s what I’ve done. Maintained it for 20 years. This old brooms had 17 new heads and 14 new handles in its time’ Hall and Matt ‘How the hell can it be the same bloody broom then?’

P.S. Fairly easy middel names, but I’ll go for one bonus Ninja Point for them 🙂
