It's that time of month again dudes.

We've mentioned it casually over the last few weeks.

But here's a blatant pitch for you.

The find-out-more briefing meeting for our June 'FREE 20lbs in 8 weeks challenge' is next Tuesday.

So if you, or a friend, are wanting to change your life and body, now is your chance to find out more.

There's no sales, no pressure, just a chance to see if we're a good fit for each other.

Works both ways you see.

We don't just want to work with anyone with a wallet and a pulse.

We've worked really hard to create a welcoming, non-judgemental and FUN atmosphere.

So, the programme isn't for you (or your friend) if:

You're not really ready for change. We do everything we can to support everyone and to make the whole journey as fun as possible. But if someone is just looking for somewhere to have a workout and keep eating and drinking the same, it ain't gonna happen.

You're going to whinge and moan about the changes you'll have to make. Struggling is cool. Asking for help is fine. Whinging and moaning isn't what we're about.

You're overly bothered about 'professionalism'. We're nice guys you see. But we are ourselves. There might be the odd swear word in a post. Matt's stuff is littered with spelling mistakes. There is friendly 'banter' between ninjas. If any of this overly bothers you, it probably won't be your cup of tea.
