In yesterday’s blog I mentioned that I had concerns last week about admitting to occasionally reusing blog content.

But I know that a massive part of what attracts our average member is our integrity.

And our (relative) ‘normalness’.

Many Fitness Professionals live a life that most people aren’t willing to live.

Existing on tupperwared chicken and broccoli and training for hours everyday.

Even more eat and drink more normally but aren’t willing to admit that.

I’ve met countless FitPros over the years whose social media profiles make them appear like the aforementioned burpees and broccoli brigade.

But who I know get smashed with their mates every weekend.

Which is fine.

But they struggle to admit that.

Feeling that they’re likely to lose clients over it.

When, in reality, the opposite is often true.

People get switched off by things that they don’t feel they can be on board with and then do.

The rest of the coaches and I live what I would consider pretty normal lives.

We socialise, drink alcohol and eat to excess on occasion.

But we get our exercise in regularly.

And, overall, create an average that leads to the body, energy levels and health that we desire.

And, from my experience, that’s what most people want.

Much love,

P.S. There are three spaces left on the January programme.

I’ll be speaking to people about them on Friday 29th but am making appointments for then now.

So don’t miss out by “leaving it to January” as we’ll have sold out before, like we have done for over a decade and you’ll be left with the other options who cram as many in as possible in Jan, knowing most won’t come much.

So, for life changing results, more easily than you thought possible, whilst having fun with like minded people in an intimidation free atmosphere and with a Money Back Guarantee………..

Then don’t sleep on this and miss the boat, pop to to take the first step that hundreds have called “one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

RISE in Macclesfield was established in 2012 and specialise in Group Personal Training weight loss programmes for those that don’t like the gym and find diets boring and restrictive!
