As our ninjas will know, we regularly record videos and pop them in our private Facebook group.

Ones with useful ideas, suggestions, ways to change mid sets, etc.

We did one the other day on an easy way to see if you’re lifting too light a weight for an exercise.

We popped out to the sofas in the entrance way and set it uploading while talking to some of the ninjas who we’re assembling for the next session.

“Ooh, that was quick” commented one ninja as she received a notification through that the video had been posted on the phone she was looking at.

After a minute or two more of her looking at her phone, we asked her what she thought.

At which point she sheepishly turned the phone towards us to show us she was playing Candy Crush.

Now playing Candy Crush is no big deal.

And I’m sure she’d have watched it at some point.

But we definitely thought it was a good example of someone not choosing to prioritise their time in a way that will help them get what they actually want.

I’ll never forgot a conversation between two members with one asking the other why she’d got so much better results – what was her secret?

“No secret” came the response “I’ve just thrown myself into it – made all the changes suggested, read every blog and have a go at everything”.

“Oh! I don’t have time to read the blogs” came the reply.

From someone who seems to be on Facey all day.

Ill time how long it takes to read this blog when I’ve finished it.

It was just under a minute.

The videos we post are 1 to 2 minutes long.

The things we might suggest in both may take a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes.

There are 10,080 minutes in the week.

As always, your call how you want to use them.

It’s your life.

But if you’re not ‘finding the time’ for the things you need to do, then hopefully this email will have helped you question your use of time a little.

Much love,
