I got a PM from one of our members saying she needed to cancel and checking how to do it.

She hadn’t been coming down much recently and didn’t want to waste her money.

We agreed to meet in the club for a chat this Monday to see if there was anything we could do.

Straight away she told me there was nothing particularly stopping her coming back.

She’d just missed a few sessions for genuine reasons………

And was then nervous about coming back.

But she’d now realised that there was nothing to worry about.

We booked her in for her first proper session back yesterday.

And she’s back on it now.

Wondering why she was worried before.

“Am I a bit crazy?” she’d asked.

“Probably” I said.

“But years of doing this has made me realise we’re all crazy in our ways.”

###################

Getting started / restarted is the hardest bit.

It’s like pushing a car.

Overcoming that initial inertia is the hardest part.

Once the momentum builds it gets easier and easier.

After less time than you’d imagine, you’re just cruising along.

And the results come.

So, if you’re already a ninja and aren’t already back on it after Christmas, go book in for your sessions now.

Do your healthy shop and / or chuck out any rubbish left from Christmas.

If you’re not already with us then, as always, this is how you find out more – myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting.

Much love,

Jon ‘Push a car faster than my mother drives’ Hall and Matt ‘At this altitude I can run flat out for half a mile before my hands start shaking’ Nicholson

P.S. 10 points for anyone that gets both those middle names 🙂
