At the end of next month we will have been open for 5 years.

60 months.

Even with our good retention (compared the industry averages), that still adds up to quite a lot of people who have been and gone over the years 🙁

As we’ve mentioned before, people move on for a variety of reasons.

Some purely logistical – relocation, change in working hours, etc.

Some try it and realise it isn’t quite the right fit for them.

That’s fine – we’re not for everyone.

And myriad of other reasons, I’m sure.

As the majority of members become Facebook friends with us, we then, sometimes, see what they’ve got up to since they left.

Many to continued success with something that works better for them at that point for whatever reason (location, timings, cost, etc).

That’s great – we’ve set them on a course to, hopefully, a lifetime of results and everything that comes with it 🙂

But, the ones that make us sad……….

Are those that jump from option to option.

Leave us, take a few months off, regain the weight, join somewhere new that’s just opened, do a few months, lose some weight, leave there, regain the weight, try another place…………

And so on.

And, after 15 years in this industry, I can, sadly, predict with reasonable accuracy, which group people are likely to fall into.

It relates to how they’ve done before leaving.

If they leave for logistical reasons and they’ve got good to great results with us, they’re fairly likely to continue on that path.

What they’ve done with us has set them up for that.

If they’ve got good to great results and logistics don’t change, they very rarely leave.

If they’ve got no, or minimal, results………..

Then it’s unlikely to happen at the next place, unfortunately.

We’ve worked really hard to create environments and systems that help people on this journey.

Whilst we’ll always strive to improve them, we, genuinely believe they are world class.

So………

When someone doesn’t really use these systems, etc………

Doesn’t do what needs to be done with as much help as is realistically possible……..

Doesn’t get results……….

And then leaves and ends up at somewhere without any of this support (or, at least, much less)……….

Somewhere that is just about the workouts…………

The story is unlikely to be any different.

So, if you’re a current ninja and you’re getting results, then crack on 🙂

If you’re a current ninja and not 100% happy with the results……….

Don’t leave it to the point where you leave “to save money” and try the next option.

Use the systems.

Talk to us.

We’ll get you there.
