———————-

We’ve mentioned many times before about the different reasons people have for leaving us (and how everywhere has leavers but most never admit it).

Some genuine logistical reasons that can’t be helped – relocation, change of job or working hours, etc.

But many don’t feel they’re able to get enough out of what we do for it to be worth doing.

Because they often have so much on they can’t do as many sessions as they’d like.

And / or maybe, they’ve been struggling to make as many changes to their eating as they feel they should.

They might compare their progress to the amazing results they see from some other ninjas and feel that’s something they just can’t do.

And I get how people can feel that way.

Completely understandable.

But it’s easy to lose sight of the value of stopping going backwards.

Or even just slowing any regression.

If someone has done any of the following, that’s still massively worthwhile;

— Losing weight and getting fitter and healthier, just more slowly then they’d like

— Maintaining weight, fitness and health where it had previously been getting worse

— Gaining weight and getting less fit and healthy but at a slower rate than they had before and / or would be doing otherwise

Of course, everyone would like to be in the ‘losing weight and getting fitter and healthier mega-quickly camp’.

We get that too.

But that doesn’t always happen.

When people start with us they often feel that they’re ‘drowning’.

We throw them a buoy.

It would be lovely if we could get back on the boat ASAP.

But if that doesn’t happen………….

If the water is too choppy and we’re just managing to keep you afloat for now……………

Don’t let go of the buoy!

Much love,

Jon ‘Only just realised that buoys are so called because they provide buoyancy’ Hall and Matt ‘DAN’ Nicholson

P.S. If you feel you’re ‘drowning’ at the moment and would like to find out if the buoy we can throw you is one for you, it’s our find out more meeting TOMORROW NIGHT now – check myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting for details and booking!
