I mentioned yesterday that I like the phrase “Mental health needs emotional support”.
I also like the title to this blog.
Because when we look at what we’re eating as;
– Cutting out
– Going without
It can be hard going.
A shift to “giving a sh*t about what we put in our mouth because of how it makes us look and feel” is another game changer.
It doesn’t mean we need to eat like a nutritionist or athlete all the time (or at all).
But that shift away from seeing it as something we don’t really want to do…….
From ‘rewarding’ ourselves and “I deserve it”…….
To more in the way of fuelling ourselves properly to feel and look better……..
Is something that’s usually much easier to stay on board with!
