You may have noticed that we have a pretty awesome track record for getting people results.

For many, many people they find that when they start working with us, they make big changes for the first time.

Often after years and years of trying other approaches and not getting the result they wanted.

And often they comment on how surprisingly “easy” they’ve found it (check myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting if you like the sound of that – the find out more meeting is TONIGHT!).

But, unfortunately, our record isn’t 100%.

It’s many, many time better than the industry average of 5%.

But, ultimately, not everyone gets the results they’d like

Because not everyone does what needs to to done.

Not everyone follows the plan.

The reasons for that are mixed.

Just the the other week someone finished with us because they hadn’t been getting the results and “didn’t think the plan was for” them.

They wanted to go somewhere else.

Where is was just exercise.

And they could continue eating the way they had before that started (crap).

Because they thought that was the answer for them.

Despite it having not worked for decades before.

Some people seem to be able to eat crappy food and not exercise and stay in shape.

At least on the outside.

Some people seem to be able to do ok by training hard whilst eating crap.

Lucky them!

But this person wasn’t one of them.

And neither are we.

And, chances are, neither are you.

This person is engaged on a life long quest for that magical formula that enables them to eat crap and out-exercise it.

A formula that doesn’t exist.

They’ve spent years and years looking for it.

As you might have been.

But the question is, how long will you spend looking?

How long will you spend trying to out train a bad diet?

How long will you look for this mythical way to eat crap and be in shape before you accept it doesn’t exist?

When you accept that it becomes a much easier choice.

When you truly look at it being cake, biscuits, paninis, crisps, chocolate, wine, beer, etc OR Having a body you like the look and feel of.

It becomes a simpler decision.

Cake or slim?

Not both.

Which one do you want more?

Much love,
