Last week we uploaded to Facebook our latest set of ‘before and after’ photos.

 

Showing our latest member successes.

 

It’s always interesting to see the comments left by friends of the person in each pic.

 

Things like;

 

“I wish I had your motivation / dedication / willpower / commitment / energy / ability to get up early”

 

The funny thing about that?

 

Pretty much every success story we’ve ever had………

 

Has pointed out that their results came………

 

When they STOPPED relying on these things.

 

When they stopped waiting for willpower and motivation.

 

When they just started doing the things they needed to do.

 

Consistently.

 

When they realised that there WASN’T something fundamentally different about the people who were doing the things they needed to do to get the results they wanted.

 

That these people DIDN’T possess some special extra ability that they were lacking.

And then carry on doing it even when they didn’t feel like it.

 

The things that we think we need in order to do something are rarely the answer.

 

The body doesn’t respond to anything other than action.

 

And only by taking action do those other things come in to play.
