What would you do if your dog was overweight?

Feed him a bit less and walk him more?

Same question for your kid?

Similar answer I should imagine.

Get them to reduce junk food and pop and have more fresh stuff.

Be more active, play sport, etc.

But not much more complicated.

What is 90% of the advice we get when we’re looking to lose weight?

Cut out carbs / fat / protein.

Only eat at certain times.

Slimming pills, shakes, wraps, etc.

You see the point.

It doesn’t have to be much more complicated than what we’d do with our dog.

No more complicated than what we’d do with our kids.

Exercise you enjoy (hola –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting).

Less crap, smaller portions (oooh oooh, we’re good at helping with that too as it’s harder than it sounds in reality –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting).

If its good enough for Fido and Billy…….

Much love,
