If I asked you the following questions, how would you answer them?

What does a good day look like to you?

Or a good week or month?

How about “good eating”?

Or a “good mood”?

Go on.

Actually stop and think of some sort of definition.

If we don’t have one then we’re less likely to set a plan to make it happen.

And we haven’t decided what “good” looks like, then we’re likely to think it was “bad”.

Or if our definition of good is absolutely everything going perfectly and eating like a professional athlete, then we’re essentially picking “bad”.

So, whatever it is – a time period, food consumption, mood, some sort of performance, etc……..

Then let’s set a realistic definition of how we’d like it to look.

Put a plan in place for to make that happen.

And, probably most importantly, remember that, when it doesn’t happen……..

“Slightly less good” is the most sensible next step.

Much love,

P.S. Slightly less good but done is always works better than theoretically brilliant but not happening and that’s what you’ll get (actual results with a maintainable approach) at www.myrise.co.uk/apply)
