I’m sure you’ve noticed that I’ve been banging on about MyFitnessPal a lot recently.
About how three days of tracking food on there will help highlight where changes can be made to get the results you may desire.
I know it’s a bit of a pain to do.
And it’s not something I’d fancy doing for the rest of my life.
Pain in the arse it is.
But to not try for three days?
To save probably 15 minutes total time and effort?
Is to, essentially, be saying “I’m willing to not lose weight to save 15 minutes.”
I’ll just leave it at that.
Here’s a link to download MFP.

Android – https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.myfitnesspal.android&hl=en_GB
Follow the instructions and change the carbs:protein:fat ratios to 35:35:30.
Pop in what you eat and drink for 3 days.
Let us know if you’re not sure what to do or how to interpret the results?
I promise it will help.
Much love,
Jon
