Without air for the sound waves to travel through, a scream (or any sound) doesn’t exist.

 

It’s the same with a lot of the things in our life that hold us back.

 

They can only exist if we give them the ‘air’ they need to exist.

 

Pressure to look or be a certain way………

 

The effect of what others think about us………

 

The effect of the day to day irritations of life……..

 

Can all only exist if we give them that atmosphere.

 

If we stop giving these things the air to exist in………

 

They, essentially, stop existing.

 

All of these things only have to have the ‘weight’ we chose to give them.

 

And realising and truly accepting that is one of the most ‘freeing’ things we can ever do 🙂
