I mentioned in yesterday’s blog but motivation isn’t a ‘binary’ thing.

It’s not something that we either ‘have’ or ‘don’t have’.

And that thinking it does will probably keep us stuck.

And it’s worth remembering that, ultimately……….

Motivation is a ‘nice to have’.

It’s not actually necessary.

All else being equal, our body will respond to us doing something irrespective of how motivated we feel about doing it.

If we eat better and exercise when we’re not feeling motivated to do that, the results will be the same as if we were.

Ultimally whatever we do is just a choice.

It’s nice when we feel motivated to do it………

But it’s not actually necessary.
