How many times have you put off doing something.
Starting exercise again, maybe.
Or just doing a session when you don’t feel like it.
Or making some changes to your eating.
And, when you’ve got round to doing it………
Thought “That wasn’t so bad”.
Very few things are actually ‘as bad’ as our minds allow us to think they will be.
A relatively small amount of the difficulty in change is the thing to do itself………
It’s the thinking about it.
It’s rarely the thing………
It’s the thought about the thing.
Our mind can be both our best friend…….
And our worst enemy.
