So, tis the start of the new month today.
New ninjas starting out on their journey with us.
Some who are moving on – their memberships ending today.
For some of those leaving us today the reasons are unavoidable – relocation, significant changes in circumstances,
etc.
But as, always, there are others who have just, kinda ‘dropped off’.
Who started strong when they first joined us.
Smashed their challenges.
Shed some serious weight.
Made great progress.
When it was ‘shiny and new’.
When it was all exciting.
When they got caught up in the collective enthusiasm and energy of the group.
But, there came a point where it stopped being ‘shiny and new’.
When it became it a bit more ‘every day’.
When they faced a choice.
Accept that what they needed to do to get what they wanted……….
Was to just keep going!
To accept that motivation and enthusiasm would come and go.
And that sometimes they wouldn’t feel like it.
But that, in the long run, it would be more than worth it!
Those that made those choices have gone on to, or are about to go on to, continued success (myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting if you like the sound of something that will last).
Those that stop when it stops being ‘shiny and new’ won’t.
Chances are they’ll go backwards for few months.
Then find something else ‘shiny and new’.
And the process will repeat itself.
Indefinitely in some cases.

We’re all for making the whole thing as fun and enjoyable as possible.
For spicing it up from time to time.
Doing what we can to keep in interesting.
But, one of the biggest keys to long term success………..
Is to accept that it will stop being ‘shiny and new’…………
And to just keep going when that happens.
Because it’s worth it!
Much love,
