———————-

We’ve all built a snowman or two in our time, yeah?

My mum has a picture of me, aged six, building one just in my pants!

Each individual push of the ball makes little difference does it?

Especially if the ground depth of the snow is low.

Each one barely noticeable.

But, they add up, don’t they?

And the build on each other.

A full rotation of 3 foot ball adding more snow than for the six inch one.

Each role of the ball doesn’t do much but it starts to accumulate and you build momentum.

And most things in life are like that ball of snow.

Each individual thing done to get something usually doesn’t do all that much.

Each workout makes you maybe a fraction of 1% fitter, faster, stronger and / or healthier.

Each better meal choice may lose you a (small) fraction of 1lbs of body fat.

But…………..

They add up.

And you build that momentum.

What was once hard to do becomes progressively easier.

And the imperceptible at first changes soon become more and more noticeable.

If ………… we keep rolling that ball.

Much love,

Jon ‘Frosty’ Hall and Matt ‘Olaf’ Nicholson

P.S. You guessed it – if you (or a friend) haven’t started that first roll yet (or need to start it again), this is your first step –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting.
