Tis a quote from Hunger Games innit?

But it’s a good way to live you life in general.

Play the game in a way you stand a good chance of winning.

Put the odds in your favour.

Don’t play the game you hate and is just going to be hard work.

Hate running (or some other form of exercise)?

Don’t set a fitness goal that involves an amount of running you’re going to find really hard to do.

Don’t like certain foods, find eating at certain times hard and so on?

Don’t set goals that involve eating / doing that.

Set goals that are that bit of a ‘stretch’.

That are worth doing and will get you a goal, over time, that you’re happy with.

But that you find doable based on your life, you circumstances, your preferences and so on.

Set yourself up to win (maybe by clicking this link to take the next step with us –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting).

Play the right game for you.

Put the odds in your favour.

Much love,

Jon ‘Odd’ Hall and Matt ‘Katniss’ Nicholson
