I mentioned the other day that something I hear a lot is “I know what I need to do, I just need to do it”

Another thing I hear pretty frequently is alluded to in the title to this blog.

“It’s not that easy”

Often said in a conversation about some changes that people could make.

And I get it.

It’s not that easy.

Nothing is.

Nothing in this world is as easy to do as saying the words describing it.

But that doesn’t mean it’s not worth doing, does it?

It also doesn’t mean it’s necessarily all that hard.

Maybe not as hard as we’re telling ourselves.

Harder than saying some words, sure.

But probably still very doable if we just choose to?

And it doesn’t mean that we can’t practise ourselves better at it.

That it won’t get easier with time.

That doing it won’t create the results that bring confidence and momentum.

Nothing’s “that easy” (but I guarantee it will be easier with our help —> www.myrise.co.uk/apply) .

We can still do it though.

Much love,

Jon ‘Like a Sunday morning’ Hall
