We’ve mentioned before that part of being restively successful in a field in which most struggle……..

 

Is that others compare what they do to what we do.

 

“Better but cheaper” is what most local FitPros say about themselves compared to us.

 

Two words that never go in the same sentence.

 

We hear quite a lot about how they analyse the types of training that we do (or, at least, what they’ve heard second hand about it) and point out how their training is “better”.

 

If I had the inclination I might dispute that – after all how many world record holders and British and National champions have ‘come through their ranks’?

 

But that’s not what this blog is all about.

 

If a ‘programme’ is technically excellent………

 

But very few people stick with it and get good results from it………

 

Is that a good programme?

 

If somebody’s plan is ‘Optimal’ but they don’t do it enough to really get anywhere, is that the best plan for them?

 

We aim for what we feel is the best combination of Optimal and Sustainable.

 

A very effective programme that will get brilliant results………

 

But is also enjoyable and something you feel you can do for, at least, the foreseeable future.

 

Sure, if you’re training for the next Olympics, there’s better programmes to follow then our main Group Transformation Programme.

 

But, if you’re someone who usually doesn’t like exercise and finds healthy eating boring and restrictive……….

 

And you want to get your body to a position where you like the look and feel of it……….

 

That’s what we do šŸ™‚
