If you’re friends with me on Facebook (and if you’re not, feel free –> www.facebook.com/joncwhall) you might have seen I got some nice, professional photos done of the family the other week.

We’ve done a couple of these over the years.

There’s some nice shots of Alex and Izzie from two weeks before we met (Izzie is my step-daughter if you didn’t know) and me, Oli and Jamie from a month later.

We’ve got ones of the three older kids from about four years ago.

Some from our wedding.

And loads just taken with our phones, printed off and put in a frame.

And whilst all these are kinda the same thing………….

You can really see the difference.

They are still ‘photos in frames’………………

But you can tell why our own ones cost a pound or two for the print and a handful of pounds for the frames…………….

And the professional ones cost more.

Much like what we do.

We never refer to ourselves as a “gym”.

Because a gym is somewhere where you rent access to equipment and no one notices or cares if you go and / or get results or not.

We run a Group Transformation Programme out of our .

Group Personal Training is probably the closest term some would recognise.

But I actually think it’s much more than that (because lots of places say they do Group PT now and it’s not in the same league as what we do, in my humble opinion).

And we know many still refer to us a ‘gym’.

Because, ultimately, we do have a facility where people come to do some exercise (amongst other things).

But I do kinda feel that comparing us to a gym is like comparing a selfie printed at Boots to a professional photo shoot (more so even).

Kinda the same in some way.

But a whole different level of quality.

Paying for the years of training and experience that go into being able to create that better result than someone can do by themselves.

And all the extra stuff that goes on ‘in the background’ to make things happen.

There’s nothing wrong with doing our own snaps or of trying to get in shape by ourselves.

But if we’re not happy with the results, investing in a professional can produce something very different.

Most of our members come to us after spending years spending an amount of money and going one step forward, two steps back.

Years, or decades, of gym or slimming class memberships where they’ve, on average, gained weight and got less fit and healthy.

For a extra pound or so a day, the huge forward progress and life changing experience and results are, we feel, an amazing investment.

And the difference in price is proportionally, many many times less than that between our own pics and a professional shoot.

Ultimately cost and value are relative.

If you’re happy with the results of the standard menu of options (gyms, slimming clubs and diets), then that’s awesome.

You’re in the 5 to 10% who are.

If, like most, you (or a friend) are not getting what you want from them, it might be worth finding out a bit more about what we do. The find out more meeting is TONIGHT now. Either click this link or get your friend to –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting.

If you’re already with us, hopefully you can see the difference and are getting the better result worth the marginally higher investment 🙂

Much love,

Jon ‘Got a Huawei phone which does take pretty good photos, but I’m worried I won’t be able to use my Google apps soon’ Hall and Matt ‘Apple Fanboy’ Nicholson
