💡💡💡

I recently watched the new Terminator film.

Dark Fate.

It was alright.

I enjoyed it more than the last few.

Not as much as the first two though.

Although, if I’m being honest, I’m not sure I’ve enjoyed many films as much since the days I used to “tape em off the tele”.

I must’ve watched the first two ten times or more each.

In all six films at least one person says the line “no fate but what we make”.

Our future is not set.

It can be influenced by our past, sure.

But it’s not controlled by it.

Just because something has been a certain way (or we’ve perceived it a certain way)………….

Doesn’t mean it has to continue to be that way.

We are not destined to have our body be a certain way for the rest of our lives.

More fat than we’d like.

Or to be low in energy.

To be unhappy with how we look and feel.

With our lives in general.

The way we feel and felt about exercise and healthy eating doesn’t have to have any bearing on how we chose to feel about it in the future.

And the results it brings.

“The future has not been written. There is no fate but what we make for ourselves.”

Much love,
