I mentioned in yesterday’s blog that I might increase the Facebook ad spend in December and drop it a little in January where there’s more ‘organic’ interest.

And, as I’ve mentioned many times before, I’ve had adverts running 24/7 for a decade now.

People sometimes question this.

“If you’re always busy, why do you have to have adverts running?”

Even as far as “Maybe you should concentrate on your retention then you wouldn’t have to advertise”.

—– I’ll cover tomorrow what my response is to questions like that and a parallel for you ——-

But the answer, of course, is that, we’re always busy, in part, because we advertise.

Having a waiting list for new members rather than go looking when someone leaves.

Creating top of mind awareness and brand trust so that, when someone is looking for something like us, we’re their first thought.

Maintaining numbers in a business like ours comes from steady but consistent lead generation.

Rather than completely stopping then going all out when things aren’t where we need them to be.

And it’s the same with most goals.

Whilst it’s absolutely fine to have periods where we’re especially focused on our eating and exercise……..

We’ll only get the body and energy levels that we really desire………

With the ‘little and oftens’ that build up.

The doing what exercise we can and making better food choices than we could the majority of the time.

We’ve probably all seen someone in great shape eating a salad or going for a workout and thought “they don’t need to do that”.

But they are in great shape because they do that.

Every little decision that doesn’t seem to matter adding up.

And, maybe then in conjunction with especially focused periods, getting us the results be really want (those results lie here, you know —> www.myrise.co.uk/apply – with a full Money Back Guarantee).

Much love,

Jon ‘Still blows my mind that less busy FitPros mock advertising’ Hall
