Have you ever put something off till tomorrow?

 

I’m sure we all have.

 

“I’ll get back to the gym tomorrow”

 

“I’ll start the diet again on Monday”

 

And so on.

 

With tomorrow never quite coming.

Change Personal Training Mindset

 

What if we tried the opposite. Changing our personal training mindset.

 

What if we decided to put ‘stopping’ off till ‘tomorrow’.

 

We reserve the right to stop exercising.

 

And to eat a load of shite we know we’ll regret.

 

We’re not saying we’ll never do it again.

 

But, maybe, just put it off till tomorrow?

 

Don’t stop today.

 

Just do one more.

 

One more workout (check out RISE in Macclesfield’s briefing meeting if you still need to ‘start’).

 

One more food choice that will take is in the direction we want.

 

We can stop whenever we want.

 

Just not now?
