Workout 3 times a week.
Every week.
For the rest of your life.
The best designed workout in the world won’t get you anywhere if you stop doing it.
Whether it’s too long, you don’t enjoy it or whatever else.
Any workout is pointless if you don’t do it.
Find something you enjoy and can see yourself doing for the rest of your life.

You can tweak, refine and correct course en route.
