We all know the story of the Tortoise and the Hare, I’m sure.

Although the Hare ended up losing to the Tortoise……..

He did at least finish.

He got where he wanted to.

Just not as quickly as he’d have liked.

The pauses en route slowing him down.

Imagine thought the hare had started……..

Made some progress for a while……..

But found he was slowing………

Maybe hit a temporary roadblock.

And then went back in the opposite direction.

Maybe even went home.

Daft, heh?

But it’s something people often find themselves doing with their health and fitness.

Start off making good progress.

Weight coming off, fitness and health improving, etc.

And they hit a road block.

Or slowed for some reason.

And they just stop.

Go backwards.

We get that things get in the way.

That progress isn’t always linear.

We face many of the same challenges.

Or, if we don’t, we’ve worked with plenty of people who do / have.

But, if we can learn to ‘stop stopping’………

We’ll get there.

## Stopping them stopping is one of the main things we do for our ninjas 🙂 –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting ##

Tortoise or Hare, you’ll get to the finishing line 🙂
Much love,
