I heard an advert on the radio the other day.

 

For ‘We Buy Any Car’.

 

The voice in it said words to the effect of “We’ll let you in on a secret. You could maybe get more for your car by selling it privately. But when we do all the work for you, do you value that little bit of extra cash more than your weekends and evening spent sorting it?”.

 

Which I thought was a great way to put it.

 

And it’s kinda true of our programme.

 

One downside to being a FitPro is getting people ‘commenting’ on what you do.

 

Other FitPros telling everyone their programme is ‘better’ in some way.

 

Randoms commenting with “People, you know you can get in shape for free?”

 

I’m sure some other programmes are ‘more effective’.

 

I know I could write one that would get results faster.

 

It would involve hours of exercise every day, really boring meal choices, no alcohol ever, etc.

 

I wouldn’t stick to that, don’t know about you?

 

I value my time and enjoyment more than getting results a little quicker.

 

Something I enjoy doing, can see myself doing for the rest of my life and is, maybe 80% as effective………

 

Is fine by me!
