Getting a taxi is pretty easy innit?

 

Get in and, an amount of time later, you’re at your destination.

 

Boo ya!

 

One of a number of areas in life where you can pay someone else to completely do something for you.

 

You can get people to do you shopping, to sort your garden and much more.

 

Unfortunately, one area in which you can’t get others to do it for you is getting in shape.

 

Although we have worked hard to make our programme as ‘done for you’ as possible……..

 

People still need to actually turn up, do the sessions, eat the healthier meals, etc.

 

We can’t literally take someone there.

 

We can guide you there as efficiently as possible.

 

The best route, shortcuts, etc.

 

And help you along the route.

 

But we can’t actually it for someone.

 

Although our retention is pretty good, we do get leavers each month.

 

After doing this for 15 years we’re pretty good at seeing the real reasons for people leaving.

 

Often it’s genuine circumstantial changes – change to job, to hours, income, other commitments, etc.

 

Sometimes people just try it and find it’s not for them – that’s cool and why we have no minimum term tie-in.

 

But, some have just come to a realisation.

 

That, having started full of enthusiasm and excitement having seen all our success stories………..

 

They realise they’re actually going to have to do something.

 

That just being a member won’t get them anywhere.

 

By magic or osmosis.

 

They will have to make efforts to change their eating.

 

They’ll have to come and do the sessions, sometimes when they don’t feel like it.

 

If you’re a ninja and have got to this point.

 

You’ve got one of two options.

 

Either essentially ‘give up’.

 

And hope the next thing which probably has less support systems, etc will be different.

 

Or get going again.

 

Start taking those forward steps.

 

The next session, the next healthy meal, the next glass of water, etc.

 

We’re here for you and will do what you can to help you along the way……….

 

But that only helps if you’re doing the things you need to do to at least some extent.
