More and more over the last decade, people’s ‘go to’ reason for not doing the things they want to do is that they’re “too busy”.

And I get that.

I get that we have more on than at any point in history.

But what I also get……….

From helping people with this kind of stuff for over two decades…………

That, just like someone who “doesn’t know” why they’re not losing weight can never show where all their calories have gone………

Someone who says their “too busy” can never (or very rarely, at least) show where all their time has gone.

When I’ve asked people to show me their calendar / journal / planner then most either don’t have one or it only shows a small fraction of what’s happening in the 10,080 minutes in the week.

And, even then, usually has broad blocks just called “work” or the like.

In years of recommending it, I have yet to have anyone take an accurate record of where there time has been going……….

Who hasn’t then found they could reassign at least some of it.

So, would it be fair to say that someone who says they’re “too busy”……….

Who doesn’t have a detailed plan for / accurate record of their use of time………

Is just unorganised?

Or, at the very least, not as organised as they could be?

And, if that stings, then it might be worth getting that clarity on whether it’s true or not.

Use the resources at www.myrise.co.uk/time

And I’ll personally apologise if it turns out someone genuinely is “too busy” to at least spend a couple of hours a week on something that they say is important to them.

Much love,

P.S. If you’re not already a member and you would like actual resources, systems and support to help achieve your goals, rather than just being given essentially the same list of instructions you’ve been given before and pretty much just told to “try harder”, then you’ll find that (with a money back guarantee on the trial) via www.myrise.co.uk/apply
